Refund policy

Standard Product Returns

This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from a retailer or other online retailer then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.

We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 30 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Please email us at info@vipure.co.uk prior to returning your item to let us know to expect your return. Proof of purchase is required.  

Assuming the item(s) are unused and still in sealed packaging we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
